Premier Inn Wien City Hauptbahnhof - Vienna

The hotel was ideal and clean, with fast staff on night shift and the housemaid. Stayed in big size room with double bed. We didn't have time, so that's why we would have extended the stay.

The superior queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was immaculate with twin beds.

Utilize the coffee stations on each floor for a quick caffeine fix without heading down to breakfast.

There were no slippers or toiletries in the room.

Very comfortable located, clean.

Completely unacceptable that wifi or Internet connection is not included. I will not stay at Delta again because of that.

The hotel was good for somebody like me who does not look for special things.

Couple looking for convenience

The whole situation was rather ironic in a way. I mean, we had this little online check-in drama at first, but it got sorted out real quick, thanks to the friendly staff. Plus, the coffee station on every floor was a nice touch, perfect for a caffeine fix anytime we needed.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

Nice and incredibly beautiful venue, magnificent location next to the main train station and the underground and a nice square, greatly enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd stay, they offered superior queen room with a large comfortable bed. The furnishings here were comfy.

It was not possible to switch on the bath room heater - at least I could not find the switch! Obviously the room maid also was not familiar with the heater, because it was very dusty.

Centrally located within walking distance to the U-Bahn. Easy to reach just about any destination of interest.

Clean, comfortable. Good value of money.

Okey hotel for business stay in Vienna.

The close proximity to the main train station was incredibly convenient, making our travels seamless. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep after busy days exploring Vienna.

The location and the room comfort are very good. Easy access to the city subway station as well as a lot of nearby shops and cafes on Favoritenstrasse.

There is no free wi-fi internet connection even in the lobby which is usually available free of charge in many other hotels (even hostels). A price of 2 EUR per hour is a bit too high if you have to stay in the lobby and work from there.
